While I may not be personally available during your stay, we have a dedicated team ready to assist you with any questions or concerns. They’re just a message away to ensure your experience is smooth and enjoyable!

We require all guests to pay a security deposit as a mandatory part of our booking process and verification for security purposes.
You have two options for security cover:

£200 refundable deposit – You will receive £195 back (2.5% processing fee applies).
£55 non-refundable waiver – No deposit needed, and you’re covered for up to £105 in damages.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies to help maintain a high standard of comfort and safety for everyone.
