We require all guests to pay a security deposit as a mandatory part of our booking process and verification for security purposes.

You have two options for security cover. You can pay for a:

£200 refundable deposit – the guest will be provided a full refund within 5-10 business days after checkout, provided there is no damage and all house rules have been followed during your stay.

Or

£55 non-refundable waiver – No deposit needed, and you’re covered for up to £105 in damages.
